First, I apologize for not being able to write in Spanish.
I just wanted to share my impressions of Terraza del Virrey where I have already dined twice–one more coming up!
The food is spectacular! The waiters are knowledgeable in making recommendations based on the diner’s expressed preferences and the service is impeccable.
The food (frutta di mare or sweet breads as appetizers, and the Kobe beef –virtually inaccessible in the US and the very elaborate deserts) was outstanding so I relayed my compliments to chef (Pablo). There is subdued jazz being played rather competently on the terrace and in short the atmosphere is perfect (despite the nasty weather outside) to enjoy Pablo’s outstanding culinary creations.
The prices are market average for a high-end restaurant.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone even if they are not staying at the Intercontinental and have to take a cab ride to the «Microcenter.»
Please add the chef’s full name: Pablo Tarrio
Thank you
